Foundation Fuel was created by Dr. Grant Speer, a Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, former college basketball player, and lifelong student of health and human performance.

Like many people who care about their health and performance, Dr. Grant began noticing a frustrating pattern in the supplement industry. Many products promised better energy, hydration, and performance; but they often relied on artificial ingredients, excessive stimulants, and additives that may not support long-term health.

As a healthcare professional, athlete, husband, father, and active member of his community, Dr. Grant takes a different view of health and performance. His goal isn’t just to feel good or perform well today. His goal is to build habits and make choices today that allow him to stay strong, capable, and healthy decades from now.

He often asks a simple question:

“Will the choices I make today help me stay healthy when I’m 75?”
